What is spirit but energy? The energy that fuels all things, everywhere, all the time; eternally. You have the power, through free will, to choose a spiritual / energetic path, or not. The path opens to you fully when you start listening to your soul intelligence.

To walk a spiritual path is to take that "I AM" soul intelligence within seriously. Emotions are the business of life and inside you know it. What are emotions but Energy in motion? You came equipped with this soul intelligence as your emotional guidance system. So, through awareness of how you feel the unwanted emotion can be cleared. When you slow down enough to feel it and name it and ask in your heart (the seat of the soul) to lift the veil and clear the lense of perception.

What is sacred?
Sacred in latin means blood and relates to the heart as the force that moves it. That's how sacred you are, divine, in fact! And the very fact that you have blood flowing in your veins is how entitled you are as creator of your own reality. Accepting this title is Radical! It takes courage and willingness to be a student — the definition of humility.
It is the focus within, that builds the awareness of your soul intelligence. It takes awareness of what you are feeling that provides the presence of mind to ask for soul intelligence to respond to your prompts immediately. Ask believing for the emotional shift and you shall receive. It is law.
Ultimately, sacred is reverence for the living intelligence moving through every interconnected person, place, and moment. It is the willingness to be changed by what you cannot comprehend fully yet.
QSSM sits inside this wisdom lineage. It is not a technique to be performed on you, it is a sacred container in which the frequency change can happen. Energy is moved. Imprints are cleared. The field opens. And underneath all of it, the same quiet truth every spiritual tradition points to: you were already worthy, deserving, and empowered. LeSanné (Lessenyay) Lindborg
Pronounced Lessenyay and prefers to go by Sanné (Senyay). Founder and lead practitioner of QSSM. A lifelong student of consciousness, comparative religion, psychology and the unseen architecture that shapes a human life.
Sanné guides her clients with the steady presence of someone who has done the work and continues to ascend (through continuous course correction) in it. Her approach is methodical, reverent and rigorous, creating sacred space and a regulated nervous system in which deep change becomes possible, literally transferable!
Drawing from decades of personal practice, study, and apprenticeship across multiple wisdom lineages, Sanné developed QSSM as a complete arc, a path home to dwell in the soul intelligence that has been with you all along.

How the Method came to be.

A long arc of personal searching, suffering due to the lead blanket of unresolved limiting belief programs and separation from my soul intelligence. She has persistently studied since age 15, psychology, consciousness, comparative religion and mysticism (JFK University), and deep listening, long before any of this became a method.
QSSM takes shape, first step: taking radical responsibility for creating her reality and embodying that anything is possible. The quantum field is infinite potential and is beyond mortal consciousness, so we refer to and call upon "superconscious" methods of clearing the limited conditioning, imprints, patterns and "programs" guiding you up to this point. You learn how to be fully soul aligned, anchored in a clear, methodical structure in which to practice.
